Drawing inspiration from diverse global flavours and cherished memories of my grandmother's kitchen, my creations revolve around the concept of enriching your diet with nutrient-dense produce and maintaining a well-balanced intake of essential macronutrients. Without ever compromising taste, every meal has a ton of vegetables and is high in protein and low in fat.
